Shipping + Returns Policies

Australian Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days.

Orders can take 7-10 business days to arrive. It may take longer for rural* areas. (Rural areas are locations which our couriers do not have a frequent route to.

Postage is free for all orders over $100.00 within Australia.
Orders under $99.99, is a flat rate postage rate of $12.95.

Our couriers are not able to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you have provided us with either one, your parcel will be delayed or not processed.

Tracking information will be sent to your email after order has been dispatched. 

Order will be posted as "ATL" Attention To Leave.

Ensure that your name and address are correct as we will not be liable for lost or undelivered parcels. If a parcel is returned to us due to insufficient details, the cost of the reship will be at the customer's expense.

Notify us at hello@saltandglowcom if you require Express Shipping within Australia. Please note, this will incur additional postage costs.

 

International Shipping

Shipping costs to international destinations is calculated based on country and weight of the parcel.

Let us know if the country of destination is not listed in the options and we will send you a PayPal invoice for payment instead.

Returns, Refunds & Exchange

If the items were purchased from a stockist, please refer to their store policies and contact them directly.

Returns/Refunds/Exchange on items purchased directly from our store must be sent to orders@saltandglow.com.

Our Returns/Refunds/Exchange Policy is valid for 14 days from date of delivery.

To be eligible for a Refunds/Exchange the following criteria must be met:

1. Items arrived damaged/fault/incorrect or caused an allergic reaction.
3. Photo/Video evidence of damaged/faulty/incorrect items or allergic reaction is provided.
3. Items are returned to us within 7 days of making a request for refunds/exchange.
4. Items must be packed well to avoid damage during transit.
5. Return shipping cost is at customer's expense unless the items were damaged/fault/incorrect.

After items are returned and inspected, we will process your refund/exchange within 5 business days.

Salt And Glow will not be held liable for any adverse skin reactions that you may experience after using the products. Review the ingredients carefully prior to using. Do a patch test if you are susceptible to sensitivity and/or allergic reactions. We recommend for you to check with a physician before use if you are unsure.
