Shipping + Returns/Refunds
Due to Covid-19. All parcels will be left at the front door or mailbox of your premises. There will be no signature on delivery. Most items will be posted as "ATL" Attention To Leave and therefore tracking may not be available. We prioritise your safety first and foremost and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders generally take 3-7 business days to arrive. It may take longer for rural* areas. (*Rural areas can also fall into areas which our courier do not have a frequent route to).
Postage is free for all orders over $100 within Australia.
Orders under $99.99, is a flat rate postage rate of $12.95.
Our couriers are not able to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you have provided us with either a PO Box or Parcel Lockers, your parcel will simply not be processed.
Please ensure that your name and address are correct as we will not be held liable for lost or undelivered parcels. If a parcel is lost or returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect details, the cost of the reship will be charged to you.
Please send us an email if you require Express Shipping within Australia, as this will incur additional postage costs.
You will receive an email notification when your parcel has been processed in our system.
Shipping costs applies to international orders based on country and weight of the parcel.
Please let us know if the country of destination is not listed in the options and we will send you a PayPal invoice for payment instead.
You will receive an email with tracking number from our couriers once your parcel is on its way.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If the product arrives damaged, please provide photo evidence via email - email@example.com, within 7 days of purchase. We will happily replace a new one for you!
Salt And Glow will not be held responsibile for any adverse skin reaction that you may experience after using the products, as the causes are too wide. Please review the ingredients carefully prior to using. This is not limited to allergies but also to pregnant women and those who are gluten intolerant. We always suggest for you to check with a physician before use if you are unsure.
At our discretion with photo evidence, we may refund your product under the following conditions:
1) The product/s must be at least 50% full.
2) It is the customer's responsibility to cover the return shipping cost with tracking.
3) Product/s must be returned to us undamaged with original packaging.
4) Initial shipping cost is non-refundable.
After the product/s has been returned, we will offer you a store credit up to the amount, but can be a partial amount of the price that the product was purchased at. You can apply this credit to your next purchase from our online store directly. This store credit will not be applicable in any other store locations.
